Tired of watching drama-filled reality shows
that are confined to the restraints of human actors? Dying to fulfill your demon-doggy, talking-flea, crazy-battle needs?
Imagine jumping in an empty
well and being transported to a
different world. Would you believe that it was a dream? You most likely would! That is what happens to Kagome, a fifteen year girl school girl who lives with her family at a temple. After
paying an innocuous visit to the well on her property, a centipede-like demon whisks her through it. However, where she ends up is far
from a dream. On the other end of the well is the Feudal Era of Ancient Japan, where she finds InuYasha (our beloved dog-demon, and main man) pinned to a tree in a
deep slumber. Kagome pulls
the arrow out of InuYasha's heart and he wakes to Fight off the centipede demon. While in this battle, something bursts from
Kagome's side, the Shikon Jewel (jewel of 4 souls) it shatters into millions of pieces and they drift far away. Kagome and
InuYasha are on a quest to find the jewel shards. Kagome has the power to see the shards whenever they get close. Along the
way they, a few other friends join the quest including Miroku, Shippo and Sango. A few times, they meet up with Sesshomoru,
InuYasha's evil half brother, who hates InuYahsa because he is only Half Demon, Sesshomoru is a full demon.
InuYasha is the kind of show that I always look forward too. I love the art and graphics
and the storyline which is very different from all the anime shows I have watched. What else makes this show so interesting
is the fact that InuYasha seems to love Kogome. However, he does not admit it because he does not want to show his softer
side. Need proof? Watch the show! The show has funny parts as well. It is funny when Kogome is mad at InuYasha she tells him
to sit and he falls from trees, roofs, bridges ect. I could go on forever about InuYasha and I would still have more to say
but let us get to what is important. InuYasha is on Monday-Thursday @ 8:30pm and Friday @ 10:00pm on YTV (Channel 25 on cable) The Friday episodes are the newer
ones. If you are a person who enjoys anime and a good adventure fix, this is the show for you!
